Make-to-Order process is initiated only up on receipt of your measurements. If you purchased different product types (ex., Long Dress and A-line) within the same order, please fill a form for each dress type

Select this method if you have: A) already provided your measurements in your previous orders, B) entered measurements on another item in the same order.
If we have multiple measurement sets on record, we will use the latest set. Please add a note on product page, if you would like to refer to a specific pervious order
4. I NEED FREE STYLIST VIDEO CONSULTATION
Select this option if you would like to consult a stylist for personalizing your order and/or help with taking measurements.

5. I WILL PROVIDE MEASUREMENTS NOW
Select this option if you are placing an order for only 1 person and if you are ready to take (and enter) measurements before adding product to the cart. A form with all required measurements will open on the product page
6. USE STANDARD SIZES WITH NOTES
For Tops (only), you have an option to select from standard size chart. As all Tops are made-to-order, you may provide additional information and/or special notes for any issues you may have with standard fits, to ensure perfect fit
7. SPECIAL REQUESTS & FAMILY MATCHING
Select this option if you are: A) buying for more than one person within an order, B) Packages such as Mom-Daughter or Family Matching (auto-fill), C) Would like to contact us and discuss special requests
8. KIDS CUSTOM FIT
You will receive an online form for submitting measurements in the order confirmation email, after checking out.
Perfect fit is our primary focus. However, should there be any fit issues with your order, our stylist will assist you and reimburse repair costs as applicable
RETURNS, CHANGE AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Order Changes and / or Cancellations To fulfill your order at the earliest, we release all orders for production every day at mid-night Eastern Time (UTC-05:00). Hence, changes and cancellations are difficult once an order is submitted. However, we will make all attempts to accommodate your requests provided you contact us before mid-night Eastern Time on the order date.
Average Order Processing Time Once an order is submitted, we release it for production at mid-night Eastern Time. Depending on the complexity of the embroidery, average processing time is between 4 to 7 days. International Shipping takes additional 4 to 7 days. Total expected delivery time ranges from 8 to 14 days.
Repairs & Returns Perfect fit is our primary focus. However, should there be any fit issues with your order, our stylist will assist you and reimburse repair costs as applicable. As all our products are custom-fit, we are not accepting returns at this point. However, we will ensure that our product meets your expectations !!!
