Being a Make-to-Order appreal company, our order-to-shipping processes have rigid timelines. However, we try our best to accommodate all customer requests received prior to fabric cutting.

Yes, all our dresses are custom tailored as per your measurements, except Kids Ready-To-Wear Collection.
We will try our best to accommodate all your personalization requests that aren't part of our collections. Please contact us or schedule a video consultation to discuss your needs.
We release all reviwed orders (desing & measurements) for production by mid-night EST on the order date. Hence, we can accommodate changes if you contact us prior to release. As all our products are custom fit (made-to-order), changes are not possible once released for production.

Shipping policy
Free shipping on all orders
As every dress we produce is custom tailored, we usually take 4-7 days for production; 4-7 days for international shipping / 2-4 days for domestic shipping. If our master tailors find any measurement inconsistencies in their first review, we contact our customers to re-confirm the measurements. This may add additional time.
Note: Our production unit follows Indian holiday calendar.
We currently ship anywhere in USA and India. We are currently in pursuit of licenses to sell in Singaproe, Autralia, EU and UK. We will update the list as soon we recieve approvals.
Repairs and returns
Made-to-Order products are difficult to take back and resell. However, as your family tailor, we will resolve all your product issues.
Perfect fit is our primary focus. However, should there be any fit issues with your order, our stylist will assist you and reimburse repair costs as applicable
